The Upstate Talent Forum will take place on Tuesday, November 12, at the Spartanburg Marriott. The event will feature three keynote speakers who will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on the workforce.

John Uprichard, CEO of Find Great People, will share insights on talent acquisition and executive search. Dr. Christina Gardner-McCune, Associate Professor at the University of Florida, will discuss her work in AI learning and its connection to workforce preparation. Matt Sigelman, President of The Burning Glass Institute, will address skills-based hiring and the changes in the job market due to AI.
