The Thomas E. Hannah Family YMCA is hosting an RPM 103 group fitness class tomorrow, Saturday, October 26th, at 8:35 AM. The event features LES MILLS' spin-based program, which includes new terrain and music for an inclusive group ride. RPM is designed to be a low-impact, metabolic-burning class where participants can adjust the intensity to improve their personal performance and enhance cardiovascular fitness. Everyone is welcome to join.
