This initiative commits to creating over 400 Work-Based Learning opportunities in the area. According to surveys, internships are considered the most important factor for employers during the hiring process. This effort aims to enhance the Work-Based Learning programs in Spartanburg County, ultimately helping to attract and retain skilled individuals in the region.
