**Spartanburg County School District 6 Announces Winter Break Schedule**

Spartanburg County School District 6 has officially released its winter break schedule for the 2024-2025 academic year. The key dates for the holiday break are as follows:

- Friday, December 20, 2024, will be a half-day for students.

- Schools and district offices will be closed for the holiday season from Monday, December 23, 2024, through Monday, January 6, 2025.

- Teachers and staff will have a Staff Development Day on Monday, January 6, 2025.

- Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

Families and staff are reminded to plan accordingly as the holiday season approaches. District officials have shared their best wishes for a joyful holiday season for all.

Barnet Park Rules Set for Today’s Spartanburg Event

Spartanburg’s Parks, Recreation & Special Events office reminded attendees of rules for an event at Barnet Park. The city said there will be no coolers or outside food, and pets and smoking are not allowed.
